My stupid hurt calf has kept me out of the gym :( It was ridiculous to have it hurt so bad just from overworking it sigh. I guess me and my trainer will have to work them more. I was limping around! I did make a bad choice by wearing heels on Monday it was a bad bad thing my calf was crazy bad by the end of the day just hobbling around. Tuesday I had to cancel with my trainer and then wed it was hurting a little and i was feeling super tired and was fighting a cold so now it's Friday night and I think i can hit the gym and work it hard.
It was actually a pretty good week other than the hurtness and the sickness. It was a good work week and finally I was promoted which was nice :) I also went to a place called "Steak and Shake" with a bunch of co-workers which was a calorie bomb. We chatted and had a fun time. I ate a massive bbq bacon burger which i felt bad about for my complete lack of activity this week. I couldn't believe the place though 45 minute wait to get in.

How did it take 45 minutes to get into a steak and shake? wow... I had one ten minutes down the road in GA. It wasn't all that good either in my mind. Was it any better out west? And I had a horrible work out week, too. I got real sick and struggled fighting off a cold. Forget about working out. I was just grateful to get to work and do my job. Amazing how we seem to have the same problems from so far away... Get well soon, girl!
